Viking Lab Supply Return Policy

Returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and returned in its original condition and packaging.

To initiate a return, contact Viking Lab Supply at contact@vikinglabsupply.com before sending the item back. Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee, plus applicable shipping costs.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If an item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us promptly so we can review the issue and provide assistance.
