If you want to return an item, it must be completely unused. Your first step is to contact us here or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. After getting a Return Authorization from our team, you can proceed to return your product. All returned products will be subject to a 15% restocking fee and you will also be responsible for shipping costs.
