HOW ARE YOUR GLASS PRODUCTS PACKAGED?

They are hand-wrapped and custom packaged in bubble wrap multiple times to prevent movement and damage within the box.

HOW DO YOU CALCULATE SHIPPING?

We calculate shipping based on weight of the item, plus any applicable insurance fees. Insurance is highly recommended for glassware

WHAT IF AN ITEM ARRIVES DAMAGED?

We are not responsible for damaged items that arrive due to shipping issues. That is why we recommend purchasing insurance at the time of shipping.

WHAT SERVICES DO YOU USE TO SHIP YOUR PRODUCTS?

USPS, Standard 2 day shipping.

WILL I GET A TRACKING NUMBER WHEN MY ORDER IS SHIPPED OUT?

Yes, you’ll get an email with a tracking number once your order is shipped out.

DO YOU OFFER A WARRANTY ON YOUR PRODUCTS?

Certain products with a manufacturer’s warranty. You should check the manufacturer’s website.

DO YOU SELL AND SHIP INTERNATIONALLY (OUTSIDE OF THE US)?

No, we do not sell internationally through our website at the moment. We can only sell products to customers within the United States.

WHAT IF I WANT TO BUY IN BULK OR WHOLESALE?

WHAT IS THE WARRANTY ON YOUR CART SHOOTER?

Cart shooters have a one year warranty. If you need to make a claim on your product, please contact us first.

WHAT IS YOUR ORDER CUT-OFF TIME?

All orders processed before 5PM EST will go out the next business day.

Returns & Exchanges

WHAT IF I WANT TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE AN ITEM?

If you want to return an item, it must be completely unused. Your first step is to contact us here or email us at info@ypsioil.com. After getting a Return Authorization from our team, you can proceed to return your product. All returned products will be subject to a 15% restocking fee and you will also be responsible for shipping costs.

For exchanges, the process is the same as returns. Your replacement item will be sent out after we receive your original item.
